1. What we collect

When you register for SiteLocaleAI, we collect your email address, name, and company name. When you add a site, we store its domain and the plan you selected. We also store Stripe subscription identifiers for billing.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or process your website content, translations, visitor data, or LLM API keys. The SiteLocaleAI SDK runs entirely on your infrastructure. Our billing API only verifies that your license key is valid when the SDK starts.

3. How we use your data

We use your email to send account-related communications (license keys, billing receipts, service updates). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication on the dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by law.
